Our services

This website provides information, accounts, game booking requests, business quotation requests, event registration and shared moments for Dodge Recreation Games in Egypt and Dodge Recreation Entertainment in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Questions: dodgearrowofficial@gmail.com.

Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate information, protect your account and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate others, misuse the website, interfere with its operation or upload unlawful or harmful content. A parent or guardian should manage bookings and account use for children.

Bookings, quotations and prices

A booking request or generated quotation is subject to availability and confirmation by Dodge. Event registration is subject to the event's stated conditions. Review the country, currency, participant count, equipment and duration before submitting. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude VAT, transport and additional services. The final quotation or booking confirmation will identify applicable charges and payment arrangements.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and payment conditions will be stated in your event information, quotation or booking confirmation. Contact Dodge before accepting if these conditions are unclear. Submitting a request alone does not establish a cancellation fee or guarantee a refund.

Participation and safety

Follow staff instructions and the participation requirements communicated for your activity, including age, equipment and venue requirements. Tell staff about circumstances relevant to safe participation. Dodge may stop participation when necessary for safety.

Your content and points

Upload only content you own or have permission to share, including permission from people shown and guardians of children. By submitting a moment for sharing, you permit Dodge to store and display it through the website for that purpose. Contact us to request its removal. Points and rewards follow the rules communicated by Dodge; they have no cash value unless a specific offer says otherwise.

Website availability and privacy

We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but technical interruptions and errors may occur. Contact us about any pricing or booking discrepancy before relying on it. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Updated terms will show a revised date here; your confirmed booking conditions remain relevant to that booking.
