Who we are

Dodge Recreation operates this website for Dodge Recreation Games in Egypt and Dodge Recreation Entertainment in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Contact: dodgearrowofficial@gmail.com.

Information we collect and use

When you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, name, email address and, when provided, profile image. We use this information to create and authenticate your Dodge account. Google sign-in does not give us your Google password or access to your Gmail messages.

We also store information you submit through profiles, avatars, bookings, quotation requests, event registrations and shared moments. This may include contact details, event requirements, uploaded photos or videos, points and attendance records. We use it to provide these services, respond to requests and manage events.

Sharing and service providers

Authorized Dodge staff can access information needed to manage your requests. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, processes website data; Google provides sign-in. Other service providers may process information when needed to deliver website services. Moments you choose to submit for public sharing may be visible to website visitors. Do not upload other people's information or images without permission.

Cookies and storage

We use session cookies for authentication and browser storage for preferences such as language. Necessary technical information may be processed by the website and hosting infrastructure to operate the service and prevent misuse.

Retention and your choices

We retain information needed to operate your account, fulfill requests and maintain necessary business records. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or removal of a shared moment. Some records may need to be retained for outstanding bookings or applicable obligations. You can also revoke Dodge Recreation's access through your Google account settings.

Children and updates

A parent or guardian should manage bookings and account use for children and authorize any sharing of their images. Please contact us about information submitted by a child without permission. We may update this policy and will display the revised date here.
